Collection: Grain Finished Bulk Offers

Ranch raised, grain finished beef differs from what you'll find in the grocery store for several reasons.  First, our steers are given the time nature intended to develop into tender, flavorful beef.  They will be at least 21 months old at harvest time.  Second, we develop them more slowly and allow the rumen to do its job.  That means more and better flavor in every bite.  And, third, we allow the processor to hang our carcasses for at least 14 days.  That means even more flavor and even more tender goodness on your plate.  It's a recipe for success on your dinner table!
